Zoe Wilson

Zoe joined our Commercial Property Team in December 2023 as a Paralegal having completed the LLM Legal Practice Course and her Training Contract, and is now a qualified Solicitor in the team.

Zoe transferred her client focussed skills gained in wider commercial business from an industry where she had a lengthy career.  She began her legal career three years ago at a National law firm, gaining experience in Commercial Property transactions.

The knowledge and cross-skills gained in two different industries adds a practical aspect to Zoe’s approach. She is customer focussed and her business peers would describe her as ‘professional’, ‘caring’ and ‘hard working’.

Zoe’s work has included:

Acting for both Landlord and Tenant in acquiring new Leases, Lease renewal and Lease extensions.

Licence to Assign.

Adverse Possession.

Sales and acquisitions of commercial and mixed used properties.

Section 106 Agreements.

Overage Agreements.

Transfer of whole/Part.

Asset Purchase Agreements.

 Outside of work, Zoe is part of the Anglia Ruskin University Mentoring Programme and enjoys helping law students develop their skills to prepare them for the workplace. Additionally, she likes travelling and spending time with her family and walking her dog, she is also a keen runner.
