Our Team- Chartered Legal Executive
Francesca qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in September 2024, after successfully completing the academic stage of training.
Francesca joined Edmondson Hall in September 2018, following completion of her Law Degree at the University of Lincoln. Francesca initially joined as an Office Administrator, before being promoted to the role of Paralegal in January 2020. She has been working within the Litigation and Family Department at Edmondson Hall since January 2020.
Francesca’s work has included:
- Clinical Negligence Claims including delayed diagnosis, retained foreign objects following medical procedures, and the incorrect implantation of contraceptive devices.
- Assisting with complex and high value Personal Injury Claims, including equine, road traffic accidents, and occupiers’ liability claims.
- Successfully obtaining Child Arrangement Orders in complex Family cases.
- Assisting with cohabitation disputes for non-married clients.
- Negotiating settlements in relation to property disputes.
