Learning And Development
From trainee solicitors and qualifying paralegals to very experienced members of the team our development programme is open to everyone. Through regular reviews alongside our PDR’s we work with our team to identify those wishing to develop further and those showing untapped potential.
We will create a bespoke development programme to provide structure and support during the period of development and growth. As a centre of excellence, it is our objective to ensure all our team are where they want to be within their professional career or being supported to grow and develop.
The traditional route to qualification has changed. The training contracts as we know them are being replaced by the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) a two-year course which carries an agreed contract with the Employer. All examinations will be completed by the end of year one. During your second year will focus on you working within the team in your chosen areas of practice. This year will focus on building your legal experience and foundations to your career, you will working with a designated mentor who will guide you through to your successful completion of your legal training.
