In particular, the firm has wide experience of regulatory issues, having represented a number of trainers and jockeys before governing bodies in disciplinary matters for doping offences and breaches of the rules of racing, together with appeals over refusal and suspension of licences.
Mark Edmondson CEO holds a Masters Degree in Sports Law & Practice having achieved a prize for best performance in his class. Mark is a member of the British Association of Sports Lawyers and has had numerous articles published in the International Sports Law Journal. Mark Edmondson successfully represented a jockey in the first disciplinary hearing to be open to the Press.
Mike Lambert has a Masters Degree in Sports Law. Former professional footballer Mike is still player and manager of a successful Cambridgeshire side. Mark and Mike were recently involved in the transfer for a player who wanted Champions League Football.
