Robert Everrett

Robert joined Edmondson Hall in January 2023 from another firm in Suffolk. He has been a solicitor specialising in company commercial and commercial property law since qualifying in 1998. Robert has many years of experience and has spent most of his career working in Essex, Suffolk and London. His clients include commercial landlords, property developers, dentists, pharmacists and care home owners.

Robert takes a pragmatic approach in order to provide straightforward practical advice without the jargon. He handles a variety of company and commercial matters ranging from substantial corporate and land transactions to redrafting company articles and shorter business leases. He’s been involved in some specialised areas during his career, such as drafting bespoke contracts between motor racing teams and their drivers.

Outside of work, Robert is a drag racing and motorcycle enthusiast. He is a keen brewer and tries to keep up with his greyhound when taking him out for walks.
