
Eleanor Fairey
Our Team- Trainee Solicitor
Eleanor joined Edmondson Hall in August 2024 as a trainee solicitor, following completion of her MA Law Degree and Solicitor Qualifying Exams at the University of Law, Moorgate.
Eleanor is also actively involved in the Equine and Bloodstock industries, riding out in Newmarket in the mornings, and having worked for leading breeding operations, consignors, trainers, sales yards, and showing yards. Eleanor comes from an arable farming background and holds an undergraduate degree in Equine and Agricultural Business management.
In her spare time, Eleanor can be found producing and competing with her own young horses.
Eleanor has given pro bono advice at Legal Clinics and has gained experience in the following areas:
- Housing law, including HMO (houses with multiple occupants) issues, Disrepair, Service Charge disputes and Asbestos claims
- Working with high security prisoners on a variety of issues, including recategorizations, prison transfers, human rights issues, judicial reviews, discrimination cases, assaults, and education matters.
