Edmondson Hall Solicitors Announces Leadership Changes
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Deborah Hargreaves as Chief Executive and Camilla East as Chief Operating Officer. Deborah and Camilla will focus on driving the firm’s growth ambitions, delivering exemplary client service, and continuing to support the local community and horseracing industry.
Deborah Hargreaves previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Having joined the firm nearly two decades ago – and becoming the first non-founding Partner to join the firm’s ownership group – she is uniquely positioned to honour Edmondson Hall’s heritage while leading it into its next chapter. Deborah is also a Trustee of the local charity, The George Gibson Almshouses Trust.
Commenting on her appointment, Deborah said:
“I am very proud to head up the new leadership team and look forward to working with Camilla East and our partners Elisabeth Sneade, Mike Lambert, and Stephen Roberts to build on our strong foundations and continue delivering the highest standard of legal service for clients.”
Joining her in the executive team as Chief Operating Officer is Camilla East, who became a Partner in 2018. Camilla has played an instrumental role in enhancing internal operations and, as Head of the Residential Property team, has used her extensive knowledge of East Anglia to strengthen client service. She will continue to build on this role alongside her new responsibilities.

Founding Partner Mark Edmondson, who has led the firm since its inception in 1994, will now take on a new role as Consultant. Mark will remain an integral part of the firm, sharing his invaluable knowledge and experience with the new executive team.
