Charity of the Year 2024 – Cheque Presentation for East Anglian Air Ambulance
At Edmondson Hall, we are incredibly proud to have completed another year of fundraising, last year our focus was East Anglian Air Ambulance as our Charity of the Year for 2024. The fundraising efforts were particularly meaningful to us, as they were made in memory of our dear colleague Jane Blampied, who tragically lost her life in a car accident in December 2023. East Anglian Air Ambulance was the team that worked tirelessly to try and save Jane’s life, and we wanted to give back to such a vital service and honour her memory.
Over the course of 2024 we have raised £4,279.93 in support of East Anglian Air Ambulance. The highlight of our fundraising efforts was our Charity 5-a-side Football Tournament, held at Newmarket Town Ground, where local businesses and members of the community came together to raise money and show their support for the charity.
This event, along with our other fundraising activities throughout the year, allowed us to contribute to the lifesaving work that EAAA continues to do for those in urgent need across the region.
We are immensely proud of what we achieved, and it was heartwarming to see so many come together for such a worthy cause.
We are truly grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this possible. Your generosity will help ensure that EAAA can continue to save lives when it matters most.
