Barry Crabtree-Taylor Retirement

Industry news and our stories

After a successful 48-year career in law, we announce the retirement of Barry Crabtree-Taylor.

Barry started his career at Rustons and Lloyd Solicitors on Newmarket High Street in 1976, becoming a Partner in 1990 then Chairman in 2000. He remained there until the much-anticipated merger of firms with Edmondson Hall Solicitors in 2019. This was the joining of the towns oldest firm of Solicitors who opened their doors in 1834 with Newmarket’s largest firm.

Barry has spent his professional career working as a Private Client Solicitor. His areas of expertise included elderly client issues, taxation, inheritance tax, acting as a financial attorney and the preparation of estate accounts.

Everyone at Edmondson Hall congratulate Barry on his professional journey and commitment over the decades and wish him a happy and relaxing retirement.
